North Dakota State Traceability and Enforcement Monitoring System (STEMS)
The administrative rules established for the North Dakota Medical Marijuana Program require the Department of Health to maintain a computer information system for inventory control. The Department has selected BioTrackTHC for traceability and inventory control purposes. To use STEMS, an HTML5-compatible browser is required. Select a logo shown on the right to download the desired software for one of the supported browsers. The website is the property of BioTrackTHC under license to the North Dakota Department of Health. Free download links may be found to the right if you are not currently running a supported browser. Only licensed facilities may access this interface.
